Happy Friday! Here is our roundup of this week’s feel good stories to get your weekend started:

The Happiness Research Institute is the driving force behind the project after receiving requests to open their office to the public, they decided to create a space dedicated to bringing happiness. Visitors can experience happiness from different perspectives, cultures and times. Creators said ‘if people want somewhere they can gain an understanding of true happiness, why not give them one’.

2. An Equadorian couple have broke the world record for oldest married couple. 110 year old Julio Mora Tapia & 104 year old Waldramina Maclovia Quinteros have been married for 79 years, have 5 children, 11 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren & 9 great-great grandchildren! They say the secret to a long lasting marriage is love + maturity + mutual respect.

3. A lifeboat crew rescued a dog washed out to sea after it got a little too excited and chased seagulls off the coast of Rhyl. The poor pooch was about half a mile out by the time they reached him. The dog is doing well and its owner is very grateful to the team.
